Shipbuilding
The company “Tral” accomplished a project and a technical preparation for the tug building of the port and raid floating with account of the port tugs’ exploitation experience, which were built in the USSR (type RBT)*, which is exploiting even now in ports of Ukraine and Russia.
The vessel is adjusted with account of all International Conventions and Resolutions IMO**, which are applied to the vessels of this type.
By request of the client there can be make an additional changers in the project, which are connected with the exploitation specificity of the vessel, or with the tendency to the comfortable improvements.

Dear sirs!
Kerch company "Tral" has finished building of a port mooring-berthing (docking) tug.

The basic technical characteristics of a vessel are:
- Overall length, 14,5 m
- Beam, 4,9 m
- Draught, 1,6 m
- Amidships depth, 3,5 m
- Displacement, 62,5 t.
- Power installation
- The main engines of kw (h.p.) 2 х 254 (2 х 345)
- Diesel engine-generator of 17,5 kw
- Crew, the people 2
The propulsion tug system provides towing tension 7 t and consists of two main engines working on two screws of the fixed step in diameter of 1000 mm, located in nonrotative nozzles.
As the main engines are used four-cycle trunk, nonreversive with turbocharged diesel engine CATERPILLAR C-12 (a rating A, unlimited-long), working on a backspacing-reducers model ZF W320.
Electropower installation consists of auxiliary diesel engine-generator CATERPILLAR C2.2
Controllability of a vessel is provided with manual hydraulic steering system JASTRAM of model В2-200-15-2-35
It is established bow bitt and a towing hook with mechanical system of remote return of a rope for maintenance of towing operations on a vessel.
The main post of management is organized in navigating cabin. The automation volume provides operation of a tow without presence of attendants at an engine room.
For rest and food intake crew on a vessel, in a forward part the comfortable bunk room and the sanitary block of general use is equipped. The cockpit and navigating cabin are served by the centralized system of air condition.
The navigating equipment of a tug corresponds to the appointed sailing area. Radio communication means correspond to requirements of the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) for sea area A1.
