Complex repair of vessels

Upon availability of the production basis, approximately 150 qualified specialists and skilled workers, and using the advanced current technologies allow organization to accomplish all types of works connected with the vessel’s repair in minimum terms and with high quality. All these are certified by Ukrainian and Russian Maritime Registry of Shipping, and have a laboratory, which don’t destruct the inspection methods.

  
  

On the company’s basis were organized individual areas, which have modern equipment:

• hull shop, which makes all types welding and cold metal working;
• mechanical area, which has all necessary complex machine-tool facilities;
• electro-radio area, which has a test benches and equipment for repair and debugging of electro-radio navigational instruments;
• pipeline area;
• fitting area with individual instrumental basis;
• wood-working area, which allows to make the repair of the inner vessel’s quarters and ship’s furniture.

Our company has been repaired vessels of different types for 15 years:

• harbor craft-type vessels of the Kerch Marine Fishing Port, Kerch Marine Trading Port, among which are towboats, pilot launches, CBV*, bunkering;
• floating cranes with carrying capacity of 16 ton, 18 ton, 35 ton, 100 ton, 150 ton, both domestically and foreign producing;
• vessels of type “ Sormovskiy”, “Volgo-Balt” and “Volga”;
• fishing vessels from the seine-type vessels to floating repair ships;

Also our company reequipped such vessels as:

• two cruising launches of design 1430;
• cruise ship “Lubov Orlova”;
• sailing vessel “Khersones”
